Before you walk in.
How hot is the room?
98 degrees. The heat opens the body and quiets the mind. Newcomers typically acclimate within their first two classes. Hydrate before, after, and as needed during.
What if I’ve never done hot yoga before?
Every Ritual class is built for all levels. Teachers meet you where you are. Modifications are offered for every pose. The room belongs to you on your first class as much as your hundredth.
What should I bring?
Just yourself. Premium mats, towels, filtered water, and private showers are included with every class. Post‑class, the getting‑ready station is stocked with essential oils, haircare, and skincare so you walk back into your day refreshed. Wear what you’d sweat in.
What’s included in the private 1‑on‑1?
Fifteen minutes with a Ritual teacher to walk through poses, set intentions, and answer any questions. Book any time during your 10 days at your home studio.
What if I miss days during my 10 days?
Your 10 days run consecutively from your first class. Take as many or as few classes as you’d like during that window.
Can I practice at multiple studios?
Your 10‑day pass is exclusive to the single studio you choose at signup. To experience another Ritual location, our membership unlocks all 7 studios across Chicago, Wisconsin, Utah, and California.
What happens after my 10 days?
Upgrade to a membership and your $75 applies to your first month. Or take what you experienced with you and return when the practice calls you back.
